Cant fullscreen

Since yesterday its impossible to make the game fullscreen no matter what compatibility/resolution/config/metin2.cfg settings or combinations I use. The game always reverts to windowed mode and editing .cfg file yields no results(it sets it back to windowed 1) I can provide details if needed please help
